24207	[patch] Fix License Classes in defaultpreset	gaben	team	"I've just came across, that the default values for [osmwiki:Key:license_classes] list consist only two elements in the defaultpreset and too broad. Also the gender is not needed (and mentioned) on [osmwiki:Tag:amenity=driving_school], so removed.

The current values are copied from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_driving_licence#Categories_valid_in_all_EEA_member_states in order.
