A few minutes ago I attempted to create an account for the JOSM Trac issue tracker. During registration, I received ""Error: Submission rejected as potential spam"" with ""SpamBayes determined spam probability of 99.08%"". The registration page then asked me to perform a captcha, which I did, and I retried, only to get the same error message again, this time with no captcha and no other way to continue creating an account.
