1. Use Windows 11 Pro 23H2 on a 15.6 inch laptop with 1920x1080 resolution
2. Download & install Azul Zulu JDK 21.36.17 (64-bit)
3. Use openjdk version 21.0.4

==== What is the expected result?
Same font size in JOSM as on my Windows 10 PC with 23 inch monitor

==== What happens instead?
Primitive font at startup, smaller font size in windows and ugly display of slippy map
