23565	Selection and Lasso tools: Modifier to just select ways	PPete2	team	"Most of the times when I'm using the selection tool or the lasso tool, I'm interested in just selecting WAYS to modify some of their tags at once. Rarely I'm intersted in selecting WAYS + NODES, which is the default using these tools. So right now I have to start filter dialog to filter for ways only afterwards.
