22837	Remember last selected download area even when download failed	Woazboat	team	"In the download window, the area that was downloaded last is pre-selected for convenience. However, currently the last download area is only remembered when the download actually succeeds. If the download fails for some reason (time out/connection fail due to crappy internet, etc...), the selected area won't be remembered and the previous download area is pre-selected in the download window instead. 
This means that users need to re-select the same area again if they want to retry the download. Not as big of an issue if it's nearby, but can be very annoying if it's a long way away."	defect	new	normal		Core
