I wrote a proposal for a new check in the Osmose github but I got redirect here, since Osmose uses the [source:/trunk/resources/data/validator/wikipedia.mapcss JOSM validator rules for the ""wiki checks""]. My proposal was (copy and paste): "" Every wikimedia_commons=* value that doesn't start with ""Category:"" or ""File:"" should be flagged as an error.
