22465	Preset does not update from server as long as cache file is present	Polarbear-j	team	"I was reworking the playground equipment preset today and uploaded v.26 tonight, Oct 22. 

Reloading the Preset list in JOSM shows the new version, however it does not update. 

While reworking the file locally I had to delete the local preset from the Active pane and close the Prefs, then open the Prefs again and select the local file. This worked locally.

For the remote preset not even this works, and not even deleting the Active preset, closing and starting JOSM and re-selecting the preset. 

It still uses the old version from the cache. All presets and styles in the cache are from yesterday Oct 21, 09:34. 

Only after manually deleting the cache file for the specific preset I could trigger the update. 


Expected behaviour would be checking for updates when JOSM is started, or at least when I press the reload button for the plugin list.  "	defect	closed	normal		Core		duplicate
