regarding `payment:credit_cards`, `payment:debit_cards=yes`:
It is less discouraged on english wiki page nowadays to use the value yes and the usage grows. Warning should be removed.

regarding `payment:electronic_purses` and `payment:cryptocurrencies`:
Also not ""forbidden"" on the wiki page, but other than credit/debit I think these are more specific in aceptance and I think a hint on info level might still be useful.
