More importantly, different traffic and road legislations. Not anything drastic like driving on a different side of the road, but for example different speed limits and other rules may differ too, making it relevant for OSM.

P.S: The fact that JOSM reassigns all negative IDs (counting up) on save makes it extremely hard to provide proper diffs for this file. I ended up deleting everything except Micronesia and saving that, then picking out the old Micronesia outline and replacing it with the newly saved file."	enhancement	closed	trivial	22.07	Core		fixed	boundaries
