22043	MultiMonitor Setup - doesn't store the settings of the windows	mrgenie	mrgenie	"I noticed if the Monitors are not exactly identical resolution - the windows on the monitor that shows the main window that says top left:""Java OpenStreetMap Editor (@osm_name)   all the ""undocked"" windows on that monitor are properly shown after closing JOSM and then opening JOSM the next day.

On the other window - where the main window isn't open - the undocked windows are shown correctly if the other window is exactly the same resolution.

if different - then the difference causes an offset which mis-aligns then these windows.

For me this is a major issue - so I put the priority major.. as I every day before I can start JOSM are first busy 30-40min to re-align the windows properly..

given the fact for mapping I have about an hour some days, it means I lose already 60% of the time I have - for just aligning the windows.

then another 10-15 minutes to download the data from OSM Servers - as here in Asia due to latency it takes a long time..

Some times i lose an hour.. don't edit at all - and can close JOSM already again and go to work - because it took already 30-40min just to align the windows again...
