1. Create a custom preset
2. In a ""link"" tag, set a ""wiki"" attribute to ""Tag:route%3Dhiking""
3. Import the custom preset in JOSM, open it.

==== What is the expected result?
The link contained in the ""attribute"" should be clickable in the JOSM preset interface, as the ""%3D"" code is used on the wiki.openstreetmap.org website (see : https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:route%3Dhiking).
I believe not only ""Tag:route=hiking"" should be working, as users could just copy/paste from the URL they see in the browser, just as I did. If we can't make it work, we should add this information in the documentation so it's clear that we have to replace ""%3D"" by ""="" in urls.

The link appears in tje JOSM preset interface, but when I click on it, it doesn't do anything.
