21735	Installer removed JOSM shortcut and closed before reporting sucessful udpate	pigsonthewing	team	"Having been told to update today, the new Windows installer (apparently for version 18360) removes JOSM, deletes the pinned icon from the taskbar, then fails. If I try to run it again, it says ""please wait while Windows configures JOSM"", a progress bar appears, then the installer closes.

I'm using fully-patched Windows 10.
