    33With the placement of the tabs in the Image window now the Image window becomes a part of navigating between layers.  Can the function of the tabs be replaced by - for example - a double click on the layer name in the Layer list? Visual feedback could be done by icons in that window.  Please see #16056 for a suggestion.
