Selected area opens correctly in JOSM but the browser issues a warning message: www.openstreetmap.org says Editing failed - make sure JOSM or Merkaator is loaded and the remote control option is enabled ==== Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. I tested this out on both Chrome and Firefox. Both report the same error message. Changing the size/complexity of the download area makes no difference.
