1. Use JOSM with data download by ""Download in Current View"" tool
2. Close JOSM. Restart JOSM
3. JOSM opens with current view positioned at last ""Download data"" tool using, not at last JOSM using position.

JOSM must remember current view position even if I use only ""Download in Current View"" tool.

JOSM every time starts at position where I used ""Download data"" last time.
