1. Have two `building=yes` with different `building:levels`.
2. Select both
3. Open preset editor, it will show  

   Levels: <different>
4. Press apply
5. Check `building:levels` values

==== What is the expected result?
Two buildings with different `building:levels` values, as it wasn't changed.

==== What happens instead?
The `building:levels` values overwritten with the string `<different>`.

==== Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
Previous stable build (r17833) works fine.
