I am not sure but I guess this is a general problem with help buttons in notifications and not bounded to validator.

==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some data including ways
1. Activate filter `type:way` with ""add to selection"" and hide filtered data
1. Run validator
1. Get notification about hidden objects

==== What is the expected result?
A nicely formatted notification, using as few space as possible, including a proper scaled icon.

==== What happens instead?
A big icon and lots of empty space to the left of the button.
