1. Open upload window after changes

Clean upload window with only one input field for imagery.

Two imagery input fields.

When I open the upload window, I get:
[[Image(Upload.png, 400px)]]
When I change one imagery entry, the second input field vanish, but still some glitches:
[[Image(UploadAfterSelect.png, 400px)]]
When I resize the window, it looks fine:
[[Image(UploadAfterResize.png, 400px)]]
But when I close and open the window again, I get the first version again.
