20610	Support {wkid} for WMTS	Don-vip	team	I added recently `https://www.ign.es/wmts/pnoa-ma?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMTS&EPSG={wkid}` to Maps/Spain to avoid hardcoding EPSG=3857 like ELI but we support {wkid} only for WMS right now, not WMTS yet.	enhancement	new	normal	21.03	Core imagery			wmts projection
