20515	route_master relation not properly populated from the preset dialog	aceman	team	"When I select some relation (e.g. route=bus) and then use the preset in the menu to create a route_master relation, then these keys are populated automatically in the preset dialog:
1. route key is NOT populated
2. name key is populated using value from all relations (thus <multiple> value can be shown)
3. ref key is populated
4. operator and network keys are populated

I click ""new relation"", only the keys I have manually touched are included in the resulting relation, e.g. 'route=bus' and 'ref=*'. None else, even though they were shown in the dialog.
