The same behavior i would expect, when i press the ""F1"" key in the opened Relation editor if there tag line is selceted. But then JOSM sends me to the JOSM internal ""JOSM Help Browser"".

So please could you change it that way, to also open osm wiki tag article pages when hitting ""F1"" from Relation editor window?
