20030	Add support for HDPI imagery	*Martin*	team	"Some raster maps support higher resolution which is suitable for HDPI displays. For example Freemap Outdoor (covers middle Europe):

To make such imagery to display correctly (on HDPI displays) one must set ""Tiles zoom offset"" to -1. Unfortunately this setting is global and affects all imageries. It makes aerial imageries blurry.

It would be great to support ""Tiles zoom offset"" per imagery. It could be encoded in TMS URL for example as {zoom++1} ({zoom+1} is already taken for different purpose)."	enhancement	new	normal		Core imagery			HiDPI
