1934	can not install plugins	p-h.theunissen@…	framm	"I use JOSM 1091 and try to install the 3 following plugins via edit/preference/plugins dowload and then updates: namefinder, openstreetbugs and wmsplugin. JOSM keeps asking for update each time I restart it and while the 3 plugins stay ticked in the list they do not appear in the help/about/plugin section.
However, the 3 plugins jar files are well installed under c:doc & settings\user\appsdata\josm\plugins and I have installed the wmspligin as specified in the OSM/Plugins/ewmsplugin wiki page.
What did I do wrong?
