19348	[Patch] Building tools plugin forgets preference after JOSM session	InsertUser	Upliner	"When using building tools I find it helpful to set ""Autoselect building"" in the building tools to speed the creation of more complex outlines. This setting is not remembered from session to session and must be reset every time JOSM is opened. Can this setting be remembered until the user changes it again?

==== Steps to reproduce:
1. Open JOSM
2. CTRL+ALT+B to open building_tools settings ""Set buildings size and shape""
3. Tick checkbox next to ""Auto-select building""
4. Click ""Okay"" to accept settings.
6. Restart JOSM. 
7. Create data layer, draw a building. 

==== Expected behavior: 
- Building is automatically selected. 

==== Actual behavior: 
- Building is not selected.
- Reopening the ""Set buildings size and shape"" panel confirms that the preference has been discarded and must be reset.
