1. create new layer
1. add a new way with two child nodes
1. add tag `highway=road`
1. open validator toggle dialog
1. try to run validator by clicking on the blue check mark button in toggle dialog

The button is enabled and validator test are run

The button is disabled

Adding an addition node after opening the toggle dialog will enable the button.
