I am participating in a project in which I have to review some data in a layer before uploading it, in clusters, to OSM.
So the method is that I modify (or not, just review and check for errors) the cluster of nodes, then select them and then hit Ctrl+Alt+Shift+U for upload.
That method has been working for month till I upgraded my JOSM to version 15492, where the option is almost permanently disabled. Reading the help page of JOSM says that I haven't modified the nodes, but I have upload thousands of nodes without modifying them (sometimes I don´t need to). But the option doesn´t work even if I modify the nodes.
Please let me know if there is a bug or I am doing something wrong before downgrading.
