18286	ImportImagePlugin throws up error; doesn't import image	John Grubb	John Grubb	"I have looked at the active ticket list and could not see one for this plugin but apologies if already reported.

ImportImagePlugin 35125 throws up a ""No projection file found"" error, even when a PRJ file is provided. It then prompts to choose default or JOSM projection before failing (both dialogues in attached screenshots).

I have tried using an older image that previously correctly loaded into JOSM and get the same error as with the new images I am trying to load (the new images were converted to GeoTIFF using the same tools as the older, formerly-working images).
