Steps to reproduce:

* Load data on this area with following remote control URL: http://127.0.0.1:8111/load_and_zoom?left=1.5172639489173891&right=1.5209278464317324&top=43.612752753882425&bottom=43.61138170846207
* Open data download interface and choose download from cadastre tab.
* Click on download on a new layer.
* This error message appears.
