1807	Fix for duplicated nodes deletes ways	sahoff@…	pieren	"The automated fix for 'duplicated nodes' does not merge the nodes but deletes one of them. If the nodes are part of an unmerged crossing of ways, one of the ways looses a way point.

This has led to a lot of missing crossroads after fixing duplicated nodes from the Swiss SO!GIS import. See here for an example (valid at time of reporting):
