17956	Inserting tags with Shift+Enter don't update the Tags dialog	naoliv	team	"While inserting multiple tags with `Shift + Enter` the `Tags/Memberships` dialog isn't updated with the inserted tags.

See the attached video to understand the problem.

As it is now it's not possible to see the tags which we already inserted or not.
