1. Download a tiny bbox.
1. Take a look at the area of complete data (incomplete part has strips)
1. Download with a big bbox to the same layer from Overpass with a query like only nodes with special tag 

==== What is the expected result?
As the overpass query is not a complete download the area of complete data should not change.

==== What happens instead?
The area of complete data is adjusted and the bbox of the overpass query is added.
