1748	412 server error for relations is not flagged	raffourtit@…	framm	"When an upload of a relation fails with a 412 error (precondition failed) only for a short time a message is displayed. When the user is away from the computer or is not paying attention this might go unnoticed. 
Also the title bar indicates there are no changes to upload. Retrying an upload also gives the message that there are no changes to upload. The data on the server is unchaged (for that relation)
