2. Convert to data layer
3. Run Validator
4. Right click on Self crossing ways (1) and select ""zoom to problem""

Josm should zoom to and hilite the segments where the way intersects
==== What happens instead?
The way intersects in multiple places and zoom shows most of the way, hilite is not visible at this zoom level
