1. Enable Mapillary plugin
2. Enable MS Streetside plugin
3. Use Shift+Alt+F1 to download images

Download of Streetside images in downloaded area

Nothing

Removing the Mapillary plugin then restarting JOSM solves the problem. The Microsoft Streetside plugin reverts to Shift+, to download images and the images download.
