Just an idea: I could imagine that thin dots for traces with lines and (at the same time) medium-sized (not big, not tiny) dots for traces without lines would please me even more. In addition the dots for the unordered gps data should be drawn as layer below the gps data with lines (which is more useful). Currently (version 14454) the unordered gps data dots seem to be drawn on top of all other traces.
