16945	Download Dialog hides Overpass query	GerdP	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an overpass query, eg. use wizard with type:way and natural=coastline
2. download the data , work with it, quit JOSM
3. Start JOSM again
4. Press Ctrl+Shift+Down to open download dialog again

==== What is the expected result?
Dialog should look like the last time when it was used
==== What happens instead?
The overpass query is sometimes hidden. Sometimes even the button for the wizard is not visible.
