I tried to download the plugin ""opendata"", and I got a message saying the download was successful, but then I got another message that said opendata failed to load (see attachments). I have tried restarting JOSM, deleting and re-downloading the opendata.jar file, restarting again, but nothing has helped.

Opendata plugin will load
