16382	Add Source Tag (Ctrl+Alt+S) does not detect the correct layer	ff5722	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
Using Ctrl+Alt+S is used to directly add `source=GenericImageryLayer` to all selected objects
==== What is the expected result?
The description on the wiki page says ''Add remembered source tag'', I assume 'remembered' is the last used layer?

It should mimick the behaviour of the Ctrl+R (''Copy Tags from previous selection'') shortcut, by adding the name of the last selected (or topmost?) layer as source.
==== What happens instead?
The source tag is not changed if you select a new layer, it seems that it only 'remembers' a source tag once during the session, but if you switch layers, it is not updated.
