I am Asma Ghoul, Geomatics Engineer in Land Survey and Cadastre Office (Office de la Topographie et du Cadastre) in Tunisia. Our Office wants to upload a big amount of geospatial data to OSM.
This data is produced by the Ministry of Ministry of Equipement, Housing and Spatial Planning of Tunisia.The project is called ""Proville"". This project is financed by Tunisia Goverment with the AFD cooperation 
I need please soon reply, because i want to test OSM procedures to convince my Office to publish this data in OSM.
I would like to have a liscence to import KMZ and SHP data.
