16109	Measurements layer not showing up again after deleting	Hb---	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new data layer.
2. Click ""Measurement mode"" in the Edit toolbar
3. Click in the Map View to start the measured path. This creates a new ""Measurements"" layer.
4. Delete the Measurements layer
5. Click in the Map View to set further points for the measured path. The ""Path lenght"" in Measured values window is growing.


==== What is the expected result?
See the ""Measurements"" layer reappearing and see the measured green path on it.

==== What happens instead?
No Measurements layer and no path.
