It adds a popup menu which allows to zoom to the whole selection (no element selected in displaylist) or some elements from the current selection (one or more elements of displaylist are selected).

The patch itself doesn't make too many modifications to the file, but I accidentally applied the ""JOSM code style format"" (see ticket #1462) to it. Therefore the patch contains a lot of formatting changes which I could not undo at the point I recognized what I had done.
