The reason was probably a flaw in the original key proposal which subsumed nursing homes under `group_home`, however that had been fixed a year ago in a tagging list discussion by adding the value `social_facility=nursing_home`, which became very popular since.

Could you please adjust the preset for Nursing home to assign `amenity=social_facility + social_facility=nursing_home`
