Die Zuordnung bei den Handwerkern ist falsch. 
Plumber bedeutet Sanitärtechniker ohne Klima und HVAC mit Klima (sagt das Wort schon aus Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (dt. „Heizung, Lüftung, Klimatechnik“))
Zur Zeit ist es gerade andersrum, mit Klima ist der plumber.
