14784	Main toolbar keeps reappearing after using Tab	naoliv	team	"Create a new layer, go to `View` → `Main toolbar` and disable it.
Then press `Tab`. The windows on right side and the top menu will properly get hidden.
Then press `Tab` again and see how the main toolbar reappears (while only the windows on the right side and the top menu should get displayed back).
