1. download data via the [[Help/Action/Download|download window]].
2. open the download window (via toolbar click) again
3. left-drag a new rectangle
4. do this repeatedly (up to around ten times) if ""actual"" does not happen: zoom in, select a rectangle, hit ESC, open the download window again, go to 3.

Expected: rectangle is drawn where clicked
Actual: the map moves and zooms and another (where the pointer is now) area is selected
