Two things:

* Now I get an email for my own changes to tickets, which is superfluous. It seems it would make sense to add this to the default rules (from the settings page): ''Example: The rule ""Never notify: I update a ticket"" should be above ""Notify: Any ticket changes"" to get notifications of any ticket changes except when you update a ticket.''

* The new ticket changes box on the right is nice, but I think that it would be better placed on the left side. It is cumbersome to look left an right to see all ticket changes and comments, see e.g. #14338 #14302 #14289. Could the box be moved?
