14005	Stuck at imagery loading after update	muzirian	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download old jar and plugins
2. download new jar and replace old one 
3. launch the new jar, allow to update plugins

open josm nonrmally

hanged at loading imagery preferences and prompts me to file a bug report

this occured for 2 or 3 times , but now its opening normally.
