1. Start JOSM (I have Windows 10 64 bit, latest Radeon drivers)
2. Move mouse over the screen (buttons, menu items)

Should work as usual

The main frame (the map) appears to the left down of the mouse pointer when hovering over most buttons or menu items. See screenshots.

It is almost impossible for to use JOSM reasonably in its current state.

PC has been rebooted, to no avail.
