Where I live in Southern California USA, *many* areas use increments of 10 between nearby houses: this is a common paradigm even for houses immediately next to each other.

Right now I have to either type the full 4- or 5-digit address by hand, or enter ""k"" with +2 five times per address.  Having +10 as a choice would be so much faster.
