I noticed that JOSM complains ""Waterway ends without a connection to another waterway or the direction of the waterway is wrong"" about a {{{waterway=weir}}}, which doesn't seem logical to me, as, AFAIK, a weir is supposed to be drawn across another waterway. This warning shouldn't be showed for {{{waterway=weir}}}.
